What should I wear?
Preferably bring comfortable clothes like gym shorts/jogging bottoms and a sleeveless top. You might be asked to take off a specific piece of clothing depending on where your injury is located.

What should I expect?
When you come in you will be asked questions so we can understand more about your life and injury and how these two are linked. The injured area and surroundings will be assessed and a treatment plan will be put into place to help you get better. 

How long is the session?
The sessions run for 60 minutes, although the initial assessment can take up to 20 minutes more. Let your physio know if you have any time restrictions.

Do I need to come more than once?
Your physiotherapist will assess you and depending on your condition might book you in for more sessions.

Can I get referral letters from my physiotherapist to present at my doctor’s appointments?
This service is included on your session’s price.

Do you treat children?
Yes, we treat babies, children, teenagers and adults. The price for U18's is reduced, check our price list for more information.

Do you work just in clinic?
Besides working in clinic we also go to people’s homes and their businesses if needed. We now also offer online consultations.

Can I pay with card?
Yes, the preferable mode of payment is card.

Can I get a receipt or invoice?
Yes, you will be asked at the end of your session if you require one.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Cancellations and changes should be done with more than 24h notice, otherwise the full rate of the session will be charged.
